Brazil 2008

September 12-24, 2008, I will be in Vitoria, Brazil teaching leadership principles to up to 20 Brazilian ministers at Cetebes (Centro de Educacao Teologica Batista do ES).  One of my former Doctor of Ministry students and a hometown friend, Pam Kitchens, is a missionary to Brazil and she has arranged this wonderful ministry opportunity. Classes will be from 7:30 PM till 10:30 PM each evening, Monday through Friday. I am currently working on developing the teaching materials so that I can forward them to Pam for translation into Portuguese. Classes will be interpreted. Also, I will be speaking in several churches during my stay and viewing many of Pam’s missions operations. The trip will be in conjunction with Luther Rice University. Although some of the costs will be shared with LRU, Foundation of the Faith will be responsible for the major portions of the trip. Below is a projected budget for the trip:
